Synopsis
[r,v,ifail] = f02abf(a<,ifail>)
Description
This routine reduces the real symmetric matrix A to a real
symmetric tridiagonal matrix by Householder's method. The
eigenvalues and eigenvectors are calculated using the QL
algorithm.
